PRODUCTINFORATION
All my goods are designed and manufactured by me, Grete Karin Rørvik. The products are made of glass, sometimes combined with wood / driftwood.

PRICES

All my prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and are included VAT in Norway. The total cost of your purchase will appear before the order is completed and will include all expenses associated with the purchase such as shipping, postage, etc.

NOTICE! Any other costs that may occur due to rules in your country like other taxes or shipment rules, is not at Glassnaustet`s costs or responsibility. Check this out with your own postal service or rules in your own country due to international shopping, before purchasing.

PAYMENT
You are paying for the item when ordering. (We do not offer invoice payment, monthly payments etc.) 

Glassnaustet uses PayPal as payment solution.

Prices do not include the cost of dispatch.

PayPal is a simple and safe way to complete the purchase, where the customer uses either his PayPal account or places card information as usual. DISPATCH 
When the order is done, you will receive an confirmation on email. When your order is packed and sent, you will receive a new email confirming this. This normally takes two business days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The goods will be shipped with a Norwegian package and tracking, within two working days from the time the order is received. Normal shipping time inside Norway will vary from 4 to 7 business days.

International shipping time will vary due to your destination. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, please contact us. 

Costs associated with shipping will be calculated and included at checkout. Any other costs that may occur due to rules in your country, like custom fees or other expanses, will not be at Glassnaustet's costs. Please take notice of this before ordering.

RESERVATIONS

I reserve the right to write errors regarding price and information on my site. Please feel free to contact me if there is anything you are wondering about.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Should you regret the purchase, you always have 14 days of cancellation from the day you received the item. If you wish to avail yourself by this right, please take contact and return the goods to us within the deadline, in the same condition as you received the goods. Attach a completed Right of Withdrawal Form that you receive on email by contacting us. Remember that the product must be packed safely and in proper packaging so that it is not damaged on the return. It is you as a customer who is responsible for ensuring that the goods come back to us, and also who pays for the return.

 
If you have ordered a product from me that is specially made only for you, the cancellation period lapses.

 Some of my items have a design that is supposed to look rough and uneven, and handmade products will never be identical. Therefore, consider whether it has any "beauty error" or if it's just part of the design.

COMPLAINTS

If there is a defect on the item that is not due to the above, but for instance damage during shipping to you, contact me by email glassnaustet@gmail.com. If there is visible damage to the packaging when you receive the item, take pictures of it to document damage during shipping. This way we can easier take this further with the shipment company or supplier.
